The delay in podcasting is all on me (John G.). I’ve been in France and now on holiday with the fam in Michigan. John K. is patiently waiting. We will try to get to it this weekend. In the meantime please enjoy this video sent courtesy of listener Dopage Control.

Thank you for your informative tips. I never knew that pumping up tires required hip movement as well as using your arms. I tried this maneuver at a recent event and proceeded to make everyone lose their lunch. This allowed me to ride off the front the whole ride. I did not even need little pills or that special cocktail we all love. THANX BRO!!
