Cross Training

There are many thoughts on what type of cross training is best in the off season and how much of it is good. Alternatives range from skate skiing to stair climbing. And then there’s this… whatever this is. I just hope that your Superiors at the Deathstar in the Springs don’t see this. I guess you could claim it is your twin, chimera or otherwise.
Is this strip cycling? Man with less power removes one piece of clothing? Like cycling needed to have anymore of a homoerotic vibe.
Goddamn, another thing to be made fun about. My wife has explained that roadies are geek, jocks, however, I question how something like this could be lived down with any type of dignity.

Why? This has to be one of the worst things I have ever seen associated with cycling, or whatever it is they are doing.
