Rock Racing’s Michael Ball.

From a VeloNews article yesterday, “Michael Ball strode to the podium in full team kit.”Up until now, the practice of the coach, manager, or director wearing the uniform of his team has been the pervue of baseball. I always found this odd. A grown, sometimes retired pro wearing the exact same getup as the players. Has Michael Ball cracked open uniform rule? Will he wear it during the stage in the team car, during the “game?” Will he use chamois cream? Maybe, as is already self-evident, he just doesn’t know the rules. One thing I would value his opinion on though is the over/under issue.
