The new Bad Brains album, Build a Nation, has everything I love about the band… hardcore, dub, Reggae. Plus it was produced by Ad Rock (Adam Youch) from the Beastie Boys so you know it’s gotta be good.

Monday morning. 3 Espressos barely lift the fog after two days of top-notch cyclocross racing. Two Johns represented bringing the race call to the throngs that showed up to compete or watch some of the best crossers from around the world. Wicks, Parbo, Schouten, Leach, Dwight, Attkisson, Compton, Williams, Thomas… About 230 pinned on a number each day! I am hoarse and wiped from the weekend so I’ll let some images do the talking. Big thanks to Andrew Frey for helping me call the Men’s A each day.
